multichoice is now a **** they over charged my premium without communicating with me first ,i canceled my PVR premium as my explora Pvr being damaged on march 2022 , and i upgraded my subscription as im no longer paying for the PVR, so this month they told me i owe 3months back money for pvr settings which they say is R625.40 and they over charge me, i spoke to NOLUYANDA MTSHELA she told me she sow on the system that i have cancelled on march but i need to pay for reversal amount which is R 76.40 as multi choice is charging me for reversal or fixing their mistake REF:/i174
