Dstv multichoice is a ****

I wold like to complain about Dstv this is a day light ******* firstly I was charged R295 on the 21/11/21 on the 1st December 2021 my services were suspended, I called them was told that I owe like how? Since when do we watch and pay? Couldn't get the answer till to date, I paid R350 on the 6/12/21 today my services are suspended it's two weeks since I've paid since when they offer two weeks services? I'd there are changes why are they commucating with us 😡? If it's a way of ripping people we sweat for this money it does not pour
