DStv (MultiChoice) is a ****
I made payment of R750 by mistake on my Multi Choice account via EFT on the 11 March. On the 15th March I sent proof of ID and statement for refund even today I am fighting to get a simple reversal. I kept getting different stories about the refund I know know what to do anymore cause the agent are giving me ****s that they have processed the refund while they have not.
