Dstv multichoice insurance policy

On the 12th April I've lodged a complaint against multichoice for disconnecting my dstv channels which is for the 4th time today, the very same day i got phone calls coming in from 2 different departments, and I've been told that the insurance cover on my name plus the movie what ever they call it is canceled, that's what I've been told by the call centre agents, and that they will get back to me in day's to come, but today morning I got disconnected again. What is it that has to be done for this to stop completely.am very disappointed.

Is it possible for a reputable company like ďstv multichoice to fail to resolve same complaint 4 time's. Or is it because the management knows and approve staff to lure and manipulate client's into this insurance policy ****, hense they can't resolve it, because it's highly impossible to have a business and fail to train staff, this is why I've been **** to at the same time got given a wrong idea that my name has been cleared on the insurance policy and canceled no longer covered while they know it's a lie. Am not the one who sell this policy in a 1st place nor was I interested in this insurance I was manipulated it's sad because they've been trained to lie to the client's. Now the subs and services that ive paid for the month is disconnected and for what, for the insurance policy!! That I don't even know what's the monthly cost, who wants to have an insurance policy at the same time you dont what it's cost, and have insurance combined with channel subs. Is this a force to have it or is it a choice to have it. Is it lawful and within my rights to pay for what I see or ******** and against my rights as consumer and for you as a business to render services as per agreed upon. is it lawful to disconnect my subs when compliant have been made 4 times and package paid or I've been taken for granted as consumer, am I being forced here to take multichoice insurance policy. Am very sad multichoice is a ****.
