DStv (MultiChoice) Insurance Cold call

I was asked to pay insurance on my explorer and second decoder at R55 per month by an irritating cold caller 15 minutes ago.

I said to her does that mean I have to pay an additional R700 a year. She quickly said it was only R660 per year.

I then told her that my PVR lasted for 10 years and that would entail an extra R6600 over a similar period excluding increases.

I asked her if she was mad in her head.

The comment I immediately got back was, "You are a very rude old man". Twice.

I put the phone down.

Great representative of DSTV and their support of a client for 25 years.

Maybe DSTV should review that recorded call and get rid of that person.
