DSTV Multichoice insufficiencies

DSTV Multichoice most useless company to have dealings with. It is great when things are rosy but what a nightmare when there is something out of line. Early today received sms to say service will be suspended because of no payment. Strange as payment by debit order and funds available in bank account. Phoned call centre earlier to investigate. Operator acknowledged they made mistake and no problem with account. On my request for operator to forward reference number of incident by sms or email the response was they dont have the facilities to do that. WHAT A SAD DAY WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS CANNOT OPERATE EFFECTIVELY / poor show!!!
