DSTV multichoice installer Aerialpros... or is it Celltech investments

Gentleman Martin called in to fix poor signal. He advised that cables need to be replaced, i gave the go ahead. Subsequently my husband arrived and he then at this point also replaced another part on the dish called CR Explora 3A without consent to the value of R900. Invoiced and my husband paid. Invoice handed to me and i did not realize he was paid and did an immediate transfer. We called him within 30 min to advise on double payment. He said we should get a refund the next day. I am still waiting. He now clearly blocked my number as i get an engaged signal. I am now opening a case of *****. The invoice is not Aerialpros but Celltech investments pty LTD. Our lawyers have now been instructed as well. In principle we trust these people to enter our homes... and they look like honest individuals. How can DSTV installations allow for these individuals to be associated with their business. Despite the total cost of R1574 for order No 552 being paid twice i also checked invoice pricing against website pricing... huge discrepancy. I have not paid DSTV this month, and wont switch it on again ( despite new installation) as its just another poor DSTV Delivery, overcharge and weak supplier choice confirms this
