DSTV (Multichoice) incredible incompetence - no wonder they are losing customers

I have been trying to transfer a DSTV account after buying a business - what an incredibly frustrating experience - completely *********** staff and processes - eventually was able to create a new account only to have them cancel the old account and not activate the new one - because they did not have all the paperwork! My business offer is/was completely compromised as people come in to watch sport/news.
