DSTV MultiChoice incorrect monthly Rc collection.
My details: Name: CCP Wagener ID: *** Cell no: *** E-Mail: ***
I renew my Price Lock contract with DSTV in the 1st Quater of 2024. My monthly fee, R 969.00, is locked for 24 months. On the 28 of November 2024 they took R1258.00 from my account. I spent more than an hour on the phone trying to rectify the problem and a lady promised me that they will do the necessary and credit my account before the next collection. Nothing happened. On the 28 December 2024 they took R1578.00 CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME.. Thanks.
