DSTV Multichoice incorrect deduction.

I cancelled my subscription with DSTV on 01/06/2023 and I was told that I would have to pay a cancellation fee of R180 at the end of the month. On the 16th of June my subscription was cut off even though the whole month was paid for. I enquired and a lot of excuses were made which didn't make sense. Fast forward to the 1st of July and a whopping R1174 was deducted out of my account! Upon enquiry there was no solid reason for this deduction and that I will be refunded 48 hours later - time will tell if this happens but all faith in this Comoany is dead and buried - I will never do business with them again!
