DSTV (MultiChoice) Incompetency

Does anyone at DSTV(MultiChoice) bother to check what is actually supposed to be broadcast, or are series episodes aired randomly. Series in question is Capture. M Net 101 on a Sunday. First 3 episodes fine. Episode 4, a repeat of episode 3. Checked if error corrected on Catchup. No such luck, error repeated, once again no-one checked. Perhaps the training given to staff is insufficient, or non existence. Are we paying for a professional service, that we are not receiving. Please DSTV (Multichoice), get your act together
