Dstv multichoice incompetency

This company doesn’t even deserve the one star I’m giving. Our calls are recorder to suit themselves I have upon several occasions downgraded my package and stil not effected which is more that four times. They always try to escalate my call and no one answers. I’m debited different amounts with no explanation and they keep saying someone will call in 48 hours still to date nothing. This is day light *******. There are false statements in my profile about my previous calls and I keep reporting to no avail
