Dstv multichoice incompetance

After the complaint I lodged twe people from Multichoice contacted me each promising to sort out my complaint. I still have no furhter correspondence or contact with any person at Multichoice. I still do not have "Price Lock" and no one has attempted to load my particulars for a debit order. The excuse for longer than a month now, is that their system do not take double barrel surnames. This is ****! Get a new system or update your system and stop advertising Price Lock on television commersials if you cannot deliver on your promises
