DSTV Multichoice - in breach of contract

DSTV MULTICHOICE is in breach of contract. Our service stopped working overnight. On screen we see - "Faulty Hard Drive No PVR Functionality available Take your decoder to the nearest Cust Service for testing" The call centre agent told us our simcard cannot be recorded on. How can the simcard validity change overnight? Has DSTV changed streaming to force customers to buy new decoders? We are paying R800+ for a lot of channels that we don't want, to a company that want to bleed their customers more. We are now looking at internet alternatives that will NOT be from the same stable as DSTV. Shame on you DSTV! You deserve a minus star.
