DSTV (MULTICHOICE) HORRIBLE, AWFUL, TERRIBLE and USELESS AGENCIES
I had horrible experience with DSTV (MultiChoice), I called them 5 times with their calls averaging more than 20 minutes but still I could not get assistance with my account, even 2day they cant assist me while they want to debit on my account on the fifteenth of this month. I have been assisted by Lindiwe, Zain, Vijay, Nwabisa and Hlengiwe on the different dates all of the above mentioned have been useless with empty promises. I also have reference calls for the above mentioned poor horrible experience. if one of the managers is reading this review please clean your house we deserve better as customers for your expensive services.

11 Oct 2019, 08:40With the above shared experience I went to MMTV Agency in Bethlehem within 5 minutes my account issues were resolved big ups to them, but am worried when 5 different people in separate occasions with a call averaging more than 20 minutes couldn't assist please Multichoice do something. Big Ups to MMTV in Bethlehem for your speedy, professional and excellent service.
