DSTV (Multichoice) has horrible customer service

DSTV (Multichoice) has horrible customer service, my payment has not been alocated since 27 May 2022. I struggle to watch in peace because my decoder is swtched off every third day and as a result, I spend more than R1000 on airtime a month calling them but the issue has not been resolve up to now. Nowonder they loose so many subscribers.
