DSTV Multichoice has...
DSTV Multichoice has billed me twice for the same month, I have no outstanding payments and I tried to call them two days I was told my issue will be resolved in 2 hours, nothing has been done since.

Kindly be advised that your account was credited twice by our system when you won the WheelofHappiness on MyDStvRewards Program. As a result, we received a short payment for the month of June 2021. Instead of receiving the full payment, we only received R115.00.
Our Finance Department picked up the error and rectified the account.
Please note that the account remains with an outstanding balance of R532.68.
