DSTV (MultiChoice) good service

I upgraded to the full package to enable me to watch the Worldcup Rugby. And downgraded again after six weeks. The process of upgrading and downgrading went smooth (with a hick-up here and there). But, to be honest, all employees of DSTV were very professional, helpful and friendly.
