Dstv Multichoice ***** Debit Order

I am a subscriber to Dstv Easyview for R29 per month, on the 29 April 2019 Dstv processed a ********** debit order for R1369. 34 to my Bank Account, i pay monthly R29, please advise who gave Dstv Multichoice authority to run such a huge debit order to my account? Has the subscription gone from R29 to R1369. 34?
