DSTV MULTICHOICE failing to deliver

Im so upset to the core.I was called by a Dstv agent.,Selling to me A router for my home.I accepted the offer.25Th December they debited my account but up until today there is still no delivery.I kept calling the Dstv customer care line and ive been given the go around.I was even sent to the nearest store but nothing.If i ask to speak to the manager,That too im being denied.I wouldnt recommend this Service to anyone.
