Dstv Multichoice

Good day

i have received a text and email from Dstv multichoice with an offer for me to reconnect with them for 299.00 for 2 months and the deal ended in 30th June 2021.

i made the payment on the 29th if i am not mistaking however my services wasnt reconnected, i called enquire and i was told that i a Showmax subscription that i had on my account, which i didnt and was told to unsubscribe from that service and I was going to get a text from MultiChoice that day. I didnt receive any text and my subscription hasnt been reconnected, I had to make another call and this time i was told that they couldnt see any promotional link sent to me but once again they were going to escalate the matter and once again a text would be sent to me but yet again nothing.

I even went to their online portal to enquire but i didnt receive any feedback so i end up paying the full amount that i was told that was due because I wasnt getting anywhere with you customer service agents.

The customer agents were very ***********, giving me different explanation and still not getting back in touch with me as promised. I want my money back that i paid extra
