The most disgusting service uve received. Made a payment at Shoprite on the 21 Jan 2020 account was active till the 19th Feb 2020 when I called i was advised that I'm owing double of what's what's due hebana. I was further advised that there was a refund done or was it a reversal. I asked how possible is that as this was not a debit order and my account was active since Jan till Feb and how can this be. Yho and no a ****** soul can assist all they ask is proof of pay but they themselves confirmed that payment was done at Shoprite. nxa
