DSTV multiChoice don't deserve even half a star

I have never been so angry and disappointed at the same time, where I should be paying R150 after a downgrade and now I'm disconnected but when I scan the QR code on my TV it's says I'm paid up, when I go to the account on the web browser it shows R1035!! How did I even get to Premium package when I have downgraded to the R150 plan??? Ombudsman must do something about DSTV
