DSTV multichoice does not keep promises
I am so livid of DST multichoice.they first incorrectly bill me and promised me to fix this and that my channels will be open they even wrote an email.it was only 2days I got disconnected again I wrote them an email they never respond.I always get reference with no response from the 2nd of August till today I am disconnected and my I paid my account and the error was on thier side just because they are monopoly company they don't care.

16 Aug 2024, 08:32You are doing nothing about this since the. 2 Augast 2024 you promised you will switch my services on as the error was on your side you never did.The date today is the 16 Augast and my services are still disconnected while I must still make a payment comes month end while I never was denied to watch even after paying No one is attending this don't lie no one is giving me a call .....no one is fixing this
