DSTV multichoice does not honour their promotions

I bought an HD decoder plus installation that came with 3 Months FREE acess subscription on 18 March 2024. The discount was only app**** in March because for April my decoder was deactivated. Its been a nigh mare dealing with their call centre as i have been sent from pillar to post with no help at all. I have send the proof of purchase with state the free subscription but im still not not being assisted! Their call centre agents are ***********. I now have to pay reconnection fee plus the subscription that i was told its free.
