DStv (MultiChoice) -Disputing balance

I am extremely frustrated with DStv. Whether it's their systems, *********** staff, or deliberate actions to cheat customers out of their money, the experience has been terrible. their staff often respond rudely. My package is R265 now It says I owe R607.74 of which I don't even know how it got to that When I called the call center they said I requested an upgrade which I never did, I'm so angry because I need to make payment today can someone please help me I need to know how much should I pay
