DStv (MultiChoice) - Disconnection Issues
Ever tried to cancel or disconnect a subscription with DStv? Well it seems to be absolutely impossible. None of the "self help" platforms seems to be able to assist with cancellations but any other requests are responded promptly.
You always seem to get the same response, and I quote: "We're sorry It looks like something went wrong, please try again later.".
It seems that DStv (MultiChoice) is always eager to take your money but not so helpful when you do not want to spend it with them any longer.
