DSTV/ MULTICHOICE DEBACLE
They appoint debt collectors to collect small amounts thar are ostensibly during to them after customers terminated their services. I have received and continue to receive demands for payment from these debt collectors, the last one called, SSDA. I have a confirmation email from dstv thar I paid this outstanding amount and despite this I still receive these demands for payment.

06 Sept 2023, 15:06I received another call from their debt collector, SSD, a short while ago. I was irritated by the person from SSD who called me who wanted me to provide her with my ID number. She wanted to verify me but how could I verify her if she wouldn't tell me the reason for the call. I ended the call with her when she would not comply with my request. I then sent another email to dstv to complain about this harrasment and I could'nt believe when I received a response from them promising yet again to remove my details from the outstanding debt records. I just hope that I can be rid of this problem, once and for all!
