Dstv multichoice

My mom has been without dstv for two months now. One of the call center agent called her last year November and forced her to take z funeral cover with DSTV saying mamy people have taken it even people around her area. Znc it's only R 265 something. My mother is a pensioner and illiterate. She could not pay it from December till today then they closed her decoder saying she must pay R1224 something. We called and send emails to cancel the insurance, it also canceled on ghd 15th March. But she can bd reconnect for her watch TV shd must firstly pay for the zmount she owes these amount included the insurance which we canceled. DSTV is only her source of communication to the world. Znx did has never skipped her payment to her decoder.
