Dstv multichoice customer care is very bad

I've decided to cancel my service and look for alternative.im very disappointed I paid my account on 27th July and paid again today. After payment it still show outstanding of R550, I had to with different customer care consultants because they are not knowledgeable. They really don't know what they are doing. Every time I phone is a struggle to get certifying service from call center.
