Dstv MultiChoice Consultant with Attitude.

I cancelled my Dstv subscription through the App, to my surprise my account was reactivated and when I asked a consultant told me that the system reactivated it. I got a load of attitude when I was trying to figure out why did they allow my account to be activated without my consent and what threw me off is when Herod Pharoah told me that she cannot type on the keyboard to check more information because her fingers are sore, and they have got blisters. (Instead of being upset about it I laughed) She did not even want to put me through to a consultant who could help me, and I ended up hanging up the call to call again.
