DSTV Multichoice, complete ineptitude by Call Centre agents over disconnection of service.

I have been a Multichoice client for over 30 years and pay my account via EFT every month. Early April I contacted their call centre (no ***) to cancel my Showmax and confirm my Compact package and monthly payment amount. Turns out I was listed on premium package so sorted out package and confirmed Showmax cancellation and monthly payment of R554 pm, new payment effective end of April. 30 April EFT'd R554 into Multichoice bank account which due, to public holiday only reflected at DSTV on 2 May. 3 May my DSTV was disconnected, 3 phone calls and proof of deposit emailed to DSTV. After an SMS and email confirmation from DSTV my connection was restored on 3 May. SMS today, 5 May says I owe DSTV R330. It took 7 calls to the call centre this afternoon and then my phone airtime ran out. 1st call I told the call centre agent my story, to be told my payment on 30 April had been reversed??? Each time I called I had to explain the situation to the agent, who had to relay my story to a manager . Of these calls the 3rd time I was put through to Ncumisa Bulana, a manager ?? She explained to me what had happened, Showmax hadn't been cancelled and I owed R330 over and above my R554 payment end April. She said she would write off reconnection fee of R50 from 3 May if I emailed her my POD of R250, which I duly did. She said she would cancel the Showmax, reverse R50 and phone me when she reconnected my DSTV. I confirmed my monthly payment was R564 and due last day of month. She never phoned me back and after another four calls to the call centre being pushed from pillar to post I ran out of airtime and still my DSTV has not been reconnected??????
