Dstv multichoice complain

I had a pricelock decoder installed today, firstly it took them 2 weeks to come and install the said after numerous phone calls and the favourite new word "escalation". The decoder is installed now but the remote is not working. Again phone calls, again they are escalating. I can watch TV but no sound. This is just an endless frustration. How much more??
