DStv (MultiChoice) cheating - have to pay twice in one month!

Very unhappy with Multichoice! One of my workers, Hendricks Kekana, has an account with them and he pays R429 each month at an Ackermans store in Lyttelton or in Monumentpark. The amount of R429 was paid on 1 October was paid at Ackermans Lyttelton, but Multichoice still cut his service. The payment was for Account no *** and the slip shows no *** as the receipt no. Phoning the call centre to have it rectified didn't help at all and only cost a lot of money in airtime! In desperation, he paid a second time on the 7th of October at Ackermans Monumentpark. This receipt number is ***. Hendricks need the second payment to be used for this month's subscription fee without trying to call the call centre again!
