DStv (MultiChoice) & BoxOffice

<p>I noticed an extra debit order of R35 on my Dstv account on the 25th of May 2017. I called Dstv on the 5th June 2017 to query this amount. Dstv confirmed that is from Box Office however due to the fact that I did not call on the day I tried to rent a movie this amount will not be refunded and no movie will be sent to me. </p> <p> </p> <p>They transferred to me to Box Office, they told me the same story that I needed to call them immediately if the movie did not come through.</p> <p> </p> <p>I explained to them that it was my 1st time trying to hire a movie and I tried several times with no luck. I viewed my download histroy which stores all your attempts and the amount owed shows R0.</p> <p> </p> <p>So why the hell you cannot reverse the money God only knows. </p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL NEVER HIRE A MOVIE AGAIN AND WILL BE CANCELLING DSF******TV SOON ONCE I RECEIVE MY UNCAPPED INTERNET.</p>
