DSTV Multichoice Black Friday explora premium big disappointment

DSTV what a big disappointment. Multichoice DSTV black Friday was just a shem. I received a text message on my phone basically advertising the premium promotion with the new explora3 with all the feature's at a low price. Firstly it took 2weeks for the installation to be done as only an accredited installer using a coupon can help me. After waiting that for so long installation was finally done however the premium package was not activated and when I called the call centre a lady by the name of Khanyisile was too rude and answered my questions with I do not know and when I asked to speak to people that knew what they were talking about she said they did not take calls and eventually I asked to speak to the supervisor and was on hold forever and was told supervisor cannot come to the phone. I am beyond disappointed and frankly regret even taking this black Friday package because I did not get what I was promised and to be met by a rude untrained call centre agent.
