DStv MultiChoice billing incorrectly

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from DStv / MultiChoice. I entered into an agreement to pay a specific monthly subscription amount, yet I am being charged more than what was agreed, double the amount to be precise.

Despite paying on time, my account reflects unexplained additional charges that were never clearly communicated or approved initially. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency in billing. Customers should not have to constantly monitor their accounts to ensure they are not being overcharged.

I have tried to resolve this issue, but the problem remains unresolved, which has caused unnecessary frustration and loss of trust in the company. Overbilling customers is not only unfair but damaging to customer confidence.

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend DStv to others.
