Dstv multichoice

Im not happy with dstv as is ****ing people I payed my account on the 02/02/2023 but to my surprise my account has been blocked on the 20/02/2023 when I call them to ask about it they tell me to send prove of payment when I ask why it was reconnect after I pay as they say the payment is not reflecting on their system the reference number they send me on my phone it reflects a different amount to the reference massage on the TV
