Dstv multichoice bad service

I ordered a router for internet from multichoice,which was not delivered but I get debited even though I do not have those.I pay my compact subscription on time even before time,it is paid and is up to date but then my compact got disconnected because i owe internet and router which I dnt even have🤦♀️😡
