DSTV Multichoice Bad Service Cotinues.

I dont know what to do, but Im not going to stop until I get helped. On the 30th of December I wrote the following report after having problems with DSTV. I still have not had any response and its now the 9th of January. -

Hello, this sad disgusting saga continues. Yesterday I went to the DSTV agency in Polokwane, and when I saw the number of people waiting I decided to get there early this morning. I Arrived at 07h00 and stood behind 3 other people who were already waiting. After standing for a hour and a half, we were let in, and I handed my decoder to Letapo and explained that I was instructed to bring it in for a software upgrade. After numerous consultations with the other assistants I was told that I could not be heped as they had not been given the software to upgrade my decoder. A HD PVR 2U. This decoder was supp**** to me at this very outlet. After inquiring what I should do next, I was told to purchase a new decoder. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm getting the distinct impression that nobody really cares, and since DSTV has the monopoly we can either like it or leave it. What are you going to suggest now?, I was also told by Letapo that I must get the device to Randburg. Is this what you call service? I want this sorted out, as I will not leave this here. Can this software not be e-mailed to me? Or can I not pulg it into my PC and download what I need. I need answers please.

Thank you.

Name and Cell no. provided.

I still sit with this decoder that nees a software update, and for the last month I have not had my extra view working.

I would like this sorted out, and dont tell me to go back to the agent and wait in line again.
