Dstv multichoice bad service

Hi am Lavisa am back again regarding the poor service of Dstv multichoice insurance. I would like to advise anyone that took their funeral insurance policy to cancel the policy because am still waiting for my payout it is 3weeks now and they keep on telling me that the claim is still under validation. Their service is awful and disgusting
