DSTV MULTICHOICE bad service

My DSTV account has been suspended at midmonth without notice and i did a payment for it beginning of the month and the next due date for payment is month end. I have phoned the call centre and they are unable to assist me, supervisors aswell I'm told they aren't able to assist. I do not know what to do anymore.
