DSTV Multichoice Bad Service

I am so disappointed in the service. My Explorer had a code BE5 and Multichoice Vryheid said it is broken and we should get a new one. We decided to buy a second hand decoder and it is R600 (ridiculous price for 2nd hand) Worst off all is that they said we have to give the broken one as trade in but they don't give anything for the broken one.

This is so wrong!!! This will be my last month as a subscriber. I will cancel my DSTV because of bad service.

They will probably fix our broken one that they actually stole from us and sell it for R600.
