Dstv multichoice attached wrong amounts
Morning It is not easy to write comments always on hellopeter complaining with only one company but with their operations and their team. I have been with multichoice for decades now after the stunts their pulling I am out of words - in april I app**** for price lock decoder and the couriers said they received wrong address i gave them correct address and since april till now i never received it but every month they debiting the money while I don't have it , I have been paying unnecessary amounts on my account, the decoder I am using now is a dstv compact which I must pay R399 monthly but every month they demand more than that and they keep on suspending my subscription twice a month every month even now is suspended and I paid I am not owing them they claiming that I paid for extra view which I don't have it where are on COVID 19 lockdown my family is always indoors and they keep on screaming at me all the time whn the my decoder is suspended and dstv WhatsApp it doesn't help as soon as I talk about hellopeter they act fast what should we do.

As per our telephonic conversation, I have escalated the query to our Pricelock Team asking them to ask the courier company to deliver the decoder.
We have also asked them to look at the billing in your account. We will provide feedback.
