DSTV Multichoice associates with ****mers of Old People

<div>It is so unfortunate that you have to choose a star. I would have chosen nothing. DSTV, please don't respond with your standard feedback that you will look into this matter. I would like to know how many of these complaints were dealt with. This organisation associates itself with ****mers of old people, NMS Insurance Services (SA) Limited. They phone old people with sweet words and special benefits "just for them" and language they don't hear or understand. I phoned them today to cancel a policy my mom never agreed to but said she'll look at just to get the consultant off the phone. Although I had all the information necessary they insited that my mom be on the line too. If I tried to help with information my mom had the consultant didn't want me to assist. In fact I understand why because she still tried to convince my mom of the benefits of the policy we phoned to cancel. Listen to the recording she divulged was made and of which we were welcome to have a copy. Time is between 10:30 and 11:00 5 March 2024. We also come to know that my mom already had a policy that she didn't consent to. In an hour's time I couldn't get this policy cancelled, but they generated it in minutes. My mom cancelled this by email too, but according to this consultant it wasn't done. They know the old people cannot hear well and they don't understand all the ******* they ramble off.</div>
