DSTV Multichoice are ******** people

I have never had such a hard time like this in my life, you know people working at multi choice the one in Randburg***) don't know their story at all I'm sitting here not watching TV and mind you I have paid,they wanted proof of payment which shows the reference no.,amount and date of payment i did send, now I'm told that they can't attach it I must send PDF,once again I did same story they can't attach the proof of payment or they won't open my account but I paid,they can see that payment was made but I don't understand their story,all I want is for my account to be activated or my money to be reversed please
