DSTV Multichoice are ****mers

Do not trust any special offered by DSTV. They are such a big ****mers. I was offered a 3 month special or R300. I paid the first month and I was connected. The second month when I paid my R300 special I was told I have an outstanding balance of R300 and something, I no longer qualify for the special. Every time I speak a consultant I am told a different story. They don't even bother to call their customers when there a complaint. They told me straight they can't call me. They give a bad customer service. Do not use DSTV. I was told to send my bank details, ID copy etc of which I did, but when it comes to processing my refund it is a big issue.
