DSTV MultiChoice Appalling Service

I have had a billing query with DSTV since January 2019 and their service has been appalling since that time. I have had to call them countless times trying to have my query resolved but they have proved to be ***********, disregarding, unprofessional and not worth a cent that I pay them. We are into the 4th month of the query and yet it’s unresolved and they could not be bothered!!!
