Dstv multichoice and pricelock ***********
Dstv has not helped me in over a week. They keep saying they will call in 24-48 hours yet them and the pricelock team haven't called. The staff made an error on my account because of their negligence i must suffer. Worst unprofessional company.

19 Oct 2019, 08:46Dstv and the pricelock team has still not phoned me since 8 october 2019...yet they keep saying they will within 24-48 hours yet they haven't. Dstv staff dont know how to do their jobs!! They put a wrong account number to debit order from for the pricelock even thou i gave them the correct account number and bank statement. So they quick to ask for the money that they didnt get from the debit order. Yet so stupid because how will they get it if they can't do their job properly and write down the correct account number. Now i must go 10 days already with my dstv off
