Dstv multichoice agent are ********

I bought a Dstv internet package deal of R489 (Access plus 400G) the week before last week. When I was applying for this contract, the agent helped said my account will be debited only R489 monthly for 24 months and I agreed on that. Now I'm receiving messages which says I need to pay R602 and I don't understand how? When I call them they kept on forwarding my calls to other departments until the call cut off. Why your Dstv internet packages deals are showing us the incorrect amount that we are going to pay. Why your agents are lying to us with the amount that we are going to pay. Since your are recording the call, I need the proof of me agreeing to pay R602. I feel ****med by Dstv multichoice and I want to cancel this deal
